Programme Overview
Whatever kind of learning you are producing, if you want to achieve your outcomes and engage your learners, you need some solid guiding principles and a methodical approach. For people new to the development of training or people moving from one environment to another (eg classroom to e-learning) there's plenty to take on board and lots to experiment with.
Programme Summary
Our award-winning approach is typically made up of 4 modules. A detailed explanation of each can be found using the links below and the menu to the left:
- Planning and Analysis
- Instructional Design Fundamentals
- E-Instructional Design
- Visuals for E-Learning and Blended Learning
In our experience, no two programmes are ever exactly the same, so we can customise or add and delete modules, as appropriate.
Programme Delivery
We recognise that sometimes you just need to learn new skills fast. If you want to take your training in one go, we'll happily deliver it that way.
However, where possible, we encourage clients to think of our instructional design
training as a programme, best spread over several weeks. This provides the opportunity to put content creation at the heart of the programme.
Rather than us giving you several days of intensive training and then leaving you to get on with it, we can integrate the teaching modules around your content creation, giving you the chance to bring your learning immediately to life and giving us the chance to provide timely help and feedback.
