We always prefer it when there's a plan! So on this page (and a couple of linked pages) we want to give you an idea of the planning nuts and bolts involved in getting a course designed by us.
What happens and who's involved?
No two projects are ever exactly alike, so we don't want you to get the idea that we are hopelessly rigid and only ever work in one way. We don't. Our working methods are scalable, flexible and adaptable.
Here we just want to give you an overview of what the big picture might look like and who might be involved at each stage of the process.

How long will it take?
We can't give you a definitive answer without knowing exactly what's involved and what you want. However, based on past experience, to create one day of classroom training (including a full set of delegate and trainer materials) typically takes somewhere between 7 to 15 days.
The variables that shorten or lengthen the development time are usually to do with the availability, readiness and complexity of the course content.
What's a typical project timeline like?
Again, this is variable. It depends on the length of the project and how quickly you need the course creating. The timeline below shows a gentle development process with plenty of time for your input and review.
